overused patterns and loops is mostly what i noticed, while you can make songs out of loops it wont truly be yours until you make your own patterns and at least mod your synths. Not a bad mix the intro was like a cheese grater to the face though, alot of note clashes but it got better after that, the song overall isnt bad but pretty good for a 1st song. keep at it but try making your next one without loops ;)

So to begin with, i believe thats taciom rythym is what its called its a sequence out of sytrus, the idea isnt to bad the notes get to high and quite a few things clash, try just taking even a normal preset from sytrus and go from there. as it stands now its not that great but mainly because the synth has nothing of you in it. The sequences are only really good as a fun thing to mess with.And trust me sytrus is extremely versatile that there is no need to use sequences

not bad

Not a bad song, the patterns are well done and the synth selection isnt to bad, the intro seems like a familiar beat though i cant place it. seems almost christmasy to me, then again ive been known to be a bit crazy so its all good. Id say add some more depth to your songs, more bass and some panning effects if your using fl look into the fruity peaker and automation clips. im sure theres the equivalent in other programs i just dont know what they are. But anyways, a half decent track, keep at it this is a pretty good start for this genre.

beautiful remix of the song. Great job on making it yours, i must have listened to this for about an hour and a half while doing research without realizing it was looping. that only happens on really good songs, very well done.

Wow...

Very nice, i like your choice of synths, the patterns were done well. it seems almost like a rave track, well done. The only thing is if you wanted to add more power yet, put a clearer synth in with a good melody as well, because you have that come in near the end but during the rest it would be nice as well. still VERY well done ill be checking out more of your work.

Thanks I appriciate the review :). I'll see what I can do with the power. I want people to be like "Holy crap!" when they hear. I know it's deffinently there at the end. Maybe I'll put that throughout the song. Maybe I'll make it longer.

Not to bad, personally i prefer to use slightly more grungy synths. i find that if you have a clear synth and a grungier synth that it works pretty well together. As for fl thats what i use, if you do end up buying it get the XXL producers edition it has alot of good generators like Sytrus. If you make a beat thats even similar to the main melody and just even change the pitch or length of the notes it can create a nice effect, also if you havnt already look into gating, automation, and simple panning. you can add some serious effects to your songs that way.

i have to agree with Nessbeats. the transition at :36 could have been smoother personally i wouldn't have had the two levels of kick and would have used the heavy kick. at 1:17 you coud have put a better transition there if you look at my song runners rave i did something similar but used a bridge to make the transition. your patterns arent to bad but the transitions need work. keep working at it.

not a bad song fairly good actually but the intro needs work, cut it down introduce something new earlier on but as it stands youve got a good song with a bad intro
